Parent Communication Afternoon - Monday 21 February, 3.45 to 5.00pm

On Monday 21 February during our Parent Communication afternoon, there is opportunity for you to make contact with any of your children’s subject teachers to discuss their progress. Please note there will not be an online booking system available for this Parent Communication afternoon. Contact can be initiated via an email to the subject teacher prior to Monday 21 February to determine a mutually convenient time and mode of communication.

Meet and Greet Afternoon - Thursday 24 February, 1.40 to 5.00pm

The first 'Meet and Greet' afternoon for families to meet their daughter's new mentor group teacher/s via Zoom took took place on Wednesday 9 February 2022.

The expectation was that all families would avail themselves of the opportunity to meet with their daughter's Mentor Group teacher during the Meet and Greet session. For families who missed this opportunity, with a second 'Meet and Greet' to be held on Thursday 24 February 2022 from 1.40pm to 5.00pm.

Bookings can be made via the PCA/Meet and Greet tab on the Parent Portal, which is now open, and closes at 4.00pm on Wednesday 23 February. An email with the zoom link will be sent to families with bookings when the booking system closes.

On 24 February students from Years 8 to 12 will be permitted to go home from lunchtime and are not required to sign out at Reception at this time. Alternatively, they may study in the Learning Centre - an Operoo was sent earlier this week to families whose daughters plan to remain onsite.
