A sunny morning greeted us this year, promising us a beautiful warm day. The venue was full of activity and colour for our annual Swimming Carnival at Kardinia Pool. The day was sunny for a swim or a jump in the diving pool. As usual trials were conducted in the morning, with finals to follow in the afternoon. 

It was great to see so many students out having fun and participating in the different events offered to them throughout the day. The houses showed great colour and imagination through their different themes: Clairvaux – Goes to the Farm, Loyola – Beach Day, Padua – Icons and Siena – Athletes/Mathletes

The Fashions by the Pool and House Cheers were once again well supported by the house members.

College Classic - Top 10 quickest freestyle times:

Well done to the following girls who were the top 10 quickest times to get into the 50m College Classic. It was a close race right until the touch at the end. Year 12 student Zoe Honey from Clairvaux took out the race in 29.34secs to Year 11 student Chanel Simsic following behind in 29.78secs.
